Housing | Treviso

The project for a mixed residential building facing the Cervara Nature Oasis emerged from a competition for the redevelopment of a production area in Treviso. It is particularly interesting from an urbanistic point of view, due to its close proximity to the urban fabric of the city of Treviso and the nearby airport. The solution proposed distributes medium-sized L-shaped residences in a way, that a sort of semi-public inner court oriented towards the bend of the Sile river is generated, that just touches the inhabited fabric. The overall morphology is a play of slight volumetric deviations and superimposed surfaces, that define the ambit of the single lodgings as well as the pedestrian passages and the covered porticos, which altogether create an access for the public to the green area overlooking the Sile river.
