This house is developed on a particularly complex design idea from both a functional and aesthetic-architectural point of view. In addition, the available lot, nestled in a large monumental park behind an old spinning mill, constituted both an extraordinary interpretive opportunity and a delicate balance to be maintained with the pre-existing buildings.
The result was an architectural system capable of generating more than 700 square meters of covered area on three floors, shaping the overall volume in a continuous relationship between solids and voids, projections and inlets into which the surrounding greenery can penetrate, all on a compact and rational volumetric layout.
