Francesco Maria Preti Palace is a collective residential building within the Walls of Castelfranco, close to the Town Hall, the Cathedral and the Giorgione Museum. The owners of the individual apartments, taking the opportunity given by the incentives of the Bonus Façades, have commissioned to 593 Studio to improve the condition of the Façades on Via Preti and Vicolo Monte di Pietà.
After the survey using the laser-scan instrumentation, 593 designed a routine maintenance intervention that consists on painting the façades and keeping the material and chromatic characteristics indicated by the Regulation/Colour Plan of the Historical Centre of Castelfranco Veneto.
