The restoration and relocation project of what was once an altarpiece, relegated to a secondary area of a passageway for decades, was an extremely interesting multidisciplinary work experience with the team of restorers coordinated by Giuseppe Dinetto.
The analysis and pictorial restoration of the work were accompanied by the creation of an appropriate dedicated context for its placement inside the Camposampiero Sanctuary, seeking a new spatial and lighting balance with the transept in front and offering the faithful a finally correct view of the artifact, restored to a chromatic quality forgotten for decades.
